Printing Services for Students

Dear student, make the most of the services of our Printing Services for Students. We handle all kinds of print jobs as well as offer advice and guidance in different printing-related matters.

If your print job is included in the requirements of a study module or a course, the teacher's copy is free. In this case the job must be submitted by the teacher. You need to pay for any additional copies yourself. Moreover, you need to cover the expenses of projects that are unrelated to the university.

Every print job is different, so do not hesitate to ask us for a quotation!

1. Save your work

Save your print-ready document in PDF format on a network folder:

• PC: \\viipus\works\otp
• MAC: smb://viipus/works/otp.

Use the CMYK Coated Fogra 39 ICC colour profile. The document must have 3 mm bleeds.

2. Place your order

Submit your print order via email: otp (at) ulapland.fi. Tell us the desired size, number of copies, type of paper and finishing of your work.

3. Collect and pay

When your order is ready, you will receive a notification to your email. You can pay and collect your order at the cash register of the University Library after receiving the notification.
