Exhibition in FERA Conference 2025

The FERA Conference 2025 at the University of Lapland includes an exhibition that gives you a great opportunity to present your work, services, or products to conference participants. You can showcase research projects, educational materials, training services, organizational activities, or other initiatives related to education and pedagogy.

How to register

Use a separate registration form to sign up for the exhibition area. We assign exhibition spaces in the order we receive registrations.

Please note that the exhibition fee does not include access to the conference program. If you want to attend to conference, symposiums or thematic groups you need to register separately as a participant.

Exhibition fees
One table: 200 €
Two tables: 400 €

The fee includes:

  • One or two exhibition tables (based on your selection)
  • Your logo displayed on the conference website
  • Participation for up to two exhibitors
  • Coffee service included in the conference program for registered exhibitors
