If you detect or suspect a security incident concerning the ICT services, please contact the ICT ServiceDesk or the Student HelpDesk. Contact information can be found at the end of this page.
Examples of security incidents are a suspicion of unauthorised access to your username and password, suspicious email messages, such as spam and phishing messages, malware infections and warnings, and a suspicion of misuse of ICT Services. Moreover, leaving confidential material on multifunction devices, or in bins or other public spaces, whether as printouts or data storage devices (e.g. USB drives), and in this way making the material public, can also be regarded as a security incident.
If you suspect a security incident or have a question about data security, you can also contact the persons in charge of data security listed here.
