Capacity Sharing Approaches in the Arctic: Community Engagement and Knowledge Co-Creation

Abstract
This lecture explores how capacity sharing can strengthen resilience and sustainability in the Arctic through collaboration between communities, policymakers, and researchers. Drawing on examples from recent projects such as CAP-SHARE, the talk highlights the role of community engagement, Indigenous knowledge, and knowledge co-creation in addressing biodiversity, climate, and educational challenges. The lecture also reflects on how these approaches can inspire more inclusive and resilient futures in the Arctic and beyond.
