Wood lab

The University of Lapland’s wood lab offers the opportunity to put ideas into practice and produce prototypes for furniture, works of art and other experimental projects. 

The facilities provide expert guidance from lab masters on safe working practices, as well as a wide range of woodworking machines and tools. The woodworking workshop is a creative environment that combines hands-on work, design and experimentation.
