The VillaInno project at the Faculty of Art and Design, University of Lapland, invites everyone interested in Finnish wool and crafts to join the full-day VillaInno Seminar on 22 October.

The event takes place at University of Lapland’s Esko and Asko Hall from 8:30 to 17:30, with an online stream available from 9:15 to 16:00. Morning presentations will be in English and afternoon sessions in Finnish.

Speakers include Anna-Karoliina Tetri (Tetri Design), Annika Konttaniemi (Susivilla), Satu Kumpulainen (Isokumpu sheep farm and spinning mill), and many other wool and craft professionals. The panel discussion “Finnish Wool Products – Now and in the Future” will address current developments and future directions in Finnish wool design and production.
