The Mannerheim League for Child Welfare Research Foundation has awarded a 14 000 € grant to Syed Musa Kajim Nuri.

In his ongoing doctoral dissertation The Interlinkages between Racism, Bullying, and Radicalization: A Study on Analyzing Community Responsibility to Enhance Youth Wellbeing in Lapland, Syed Musa KajimNuri (M.Soc.Sc. in Social Welfare; M.Sc. in Criminology and Police Science) examines how experiences of racism and bullying may relate to radicalization and what responsibilities local communities have in supporting youth wellbeing in Lapland.

The MLL Research Foundation board granted research funding to six applicants for 2026.
