The most common services the conference office handles:

We can make registration forms and collect registration fees as well as handle the hotel bookings with professional event management application. The registration database provides information for example for catering (number of participants and special diets), list of participants and badges. We can also organise the on-site or online congress registration and info desk and help the participants during the event.

We will take care of the venue management on behalf of the organisers (reservations, timetables, decorations, signage).  We can also handle the practical arrangements with invited speakers (hotel bookings, travel arrangements and claims, fees etc.).

If the event includes exhibitions we can take care of the reservations and fees, handle the contacts with the exhibitors and tender possible subcontractors (exhibition contractor, poster boards). We will also make the arrangements for event catering (lunches, refreshments during breaks, dinners).

We will help the organisers with the budgeting and can handle all event finances (invoicing, paying bills, follow-up, reports and final accounts). We can also help the organisers with applying grants.
