The organizers are calling for your abstracts max 500 words. You can submit an abstract for oral presentation only. All abstracts should be written in English (American English, if possible) and include text only (no pictures, tables, graphics, keywords or references). Please use the online system for your submission (link below). Abstracts sent by email will not be included.

It is possible to log in to the submission system either with LinkedIn or Google account or by creating a separate account for the system. Please note that all messages from the system (confirmation of submission, notifications etc.) will be sent to the email address used when logging in. If your Google account is connected to your Gmail address, all messages will be sent to that mail.

The abstracts of all accepted submissions will be available online. Only papers presented at the conference will be included in the conference programme.

Abstracts will be reviewed by the review board and notifications of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author by 15 September 2025. Accepted authors must register for the event and thus confirm their presentation by 22 September  (early-bird deadline).

Publication
MEC 2025 participants are invited to submit their proposals to be considered for publication in a special issue in JUFO1 Journal.  The special issue is titled "Data-driven insights in education and learning sciences" and is hosted by BMC Research Notes, part of Springer Nature. Submission deadline is 17 July 2026 .
