Orientation for International Master’s Degree Programme Students:
Autumn 2026

It all starts with orientation. During the orientation days, we aim to give you all the information and tools to get you started well with your studies and life in Rovaniemi. You will get familiar with the university, meet other new and current students, as well your degree programme academic staff. The Arrival assistants, the degree programme’s MyTeachers and the arrival services are supporting you with getting started at the university and in Rovaniemi.

On this page you can find the Orientation programme, information on the guidance sessions after orientation days and quick link to Student life in Rovaniemi -webpage.

The orientation programme is for all new students starting in the English taught Master’s Degree Programmes. Orientation will be on campus and new students are expected to join the programme. Online access to the joint programme will be provided and Zoom-link will be updated into this page on August 17th. Make sure to check well the times and locations in the schedule and note, that changes are still possible to the content details.
